Boris literally fell through the First Step front door, desperate for help. He was couch surfing, unemployed and experiencing high levels of mental distress.

Over many appointments and many months, the First Step team addressed his general health, managed his wounds, supported him into emergency housing, fixed his feet, managed his psychiatric medications, and started him on opiate pharmacotherapy.

We need your help more than ever to reach our goal of $30,000 to make sure we can keep delivering the integrated care that people in Boris's situation need.
